Taco Soup (Rita Finlayson's Recipe)

2 lb. ground beef
1 c chopped onion
1 can black beans-do not rinse
1 can pinto beans-do not rinse
1 can kidney beans-do not rinse
2 taco seasoning pkg.
1 can hominy
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Rotel
1 1/2 c water
1 tsp. salt & pepper

Brown ground beef and onion.  Drain.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer until done.

Serve over rice or fritos.  Top with salsa, cheese, sour cream.

Note: 1- 4 oz. green chile can be substituted for 1 taco seasoning.
