Ingredients
Use whatever fish you like cut into pieces for sandwiches (I used tilapia)
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 Egg
1/2 cup Panko
Vegetable Oil
Directions
Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Mix soy sauce and egg in a small shallow bowl. Place panko in another dish. Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper. Dip fish into the egg mixture then coat in the panko crumbs. Place fish into simmering hot pan. Cook 5 to 8 mins until golden brown.
Serve with what ever toppings you choose! I had caramelized onions, avocado, tomato, and condiments! Delish!
